Ricky Grill & Steak Seafood Reviews
I absolutely hate to leave a bad review. As a local business owner myself I know how hard it is…however….
My husband and I ordered food from here tonight for the first time ever. We like to support small businesses and we were like we need to give them a try. We did a to go order and got home and realized we were missing a meal. He had the side salad, but no main dish. The rest of us started eating and he went back up to get his and they would not give it to him. Tried...read full review
We love to give local places business but i have to say this was by far the worst dining experience ever! The waiter didn't know the menu got the order wrong, didn't check on us until it was time to pay and the food was horrible and way over cooked, he dumped food on my leg from my wife's plate and didn't even apologize my daughter's chicken fried steak was so chewy she couldn't eat it. $130.00 later we left without eating even half of what we paid for. Sad
I never say anything negative about places but we went to eat tonight, and we are extremely disappointed, waiting 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken, waited even longer on our food order and when our food came out it was all ICE cold, one potato was room temp.

The Fish and Shrimp plate everything tasted undercooked.
The grilled chicken sandwich had very little...read full review

Ricky Grill & Steak Seafood is under new management and offers a variety of meals like Fryed Fish and Shrimp, oyster poboy, gumbo, fried mushrooms, steak, wings, jumbo bacon wrapped shrimp, boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, and baked potato. The food is great, with the Fryed Fish and Shrimp being so Good, the steak divine, and the wings chef kiss. The salad was the Best, and the tartar sauce is excellent. However, one reviewer noted the fried catfish and crab cake were not liked, with the crab cake being too breaded and oily. The place is clean and highly recommended, though it can be empty with no music playing. They do not sell alcoholic beverages, but customers are allowed to bring their own alcohol for no extra charge. Some suggestions include turning all the tv's on, doing specials for lunch and nightly specials, and playing soft jazz or having entertainment. The service is excellent, with one server noted as an excellent host and waitress. This place is a hidden gem.
