The groom requested Old Orange Cafe bread pudding with rum sauce for his cake. It was a huge hit!! I highly recommend Chef David and Old Orange to cater your next event. We couldn’t be happier!“

“Hidden gem.. Home style cooking, old style diner. The food is excellent. I haven't had anything below very good here. Breakfast menu is best around. Hamburger steak was perfectly cooked and juicy, thinly sliced mushrooms, grilled onions. Pork chops were tender, eggs over easy were on point. Chicken fried steak was tender real steak and a nice size. They have good people in the kitchen. Employees were attentive and nice each time. I can't complain. I will be back for sure!“

“This is the best wake house i have ever eaten at. I tried to one up the road because it was closer and regretted it. I even had to get a refund and then drove the 5 minutes to this one. Which honestly i should have done to start with. Every employee i have met at this location is kind and welcoming. The one up the road on 62, if you are not a regular they are rude and pass your ticket up. Then when you want a refund they roll their eyes at you and ask why.“

“We came late Saturday night. The restaurant was quiet and only about 4 tables filled. Unfortunately, we got seated at a table by the bar, so it was lots of TVs, lots of noise, and lots of overstimulation. It looked like they were cleaning the restaurant area and not wanting anymore tables over there, so we settled into our booth.

The server was very friendly and helped us with ordering. I got the 3 items ... ribeye, elote corn, and mashed potatoes. They were absolutely heavenly. My steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare. My food came out piping hot. I also got chicken enchilada soup with was YUM!!

My husband got the burger and fries. He loved his as well. It was perfectly cooked. Fries were piping hot and perfectly seasoned.

They had some yummy desserts I wish we had time to try. The skillet cookie looked divine!! I'm gonna have to try it next time.

I ended up leaving my purse and the had already closed. Thankfully we were able to go up there and they were still cleaning and was able to give me my purse. It still had my huge wad of cash in there. So definitely some trustworthy employees working there.
