12 Best Vegetarian Restaurants near Orange

“Today I stopped in to have breakfast at The TEN WEST DINER IN ORANGE TEXAS. I liked this restaurant from the very first time I walked inside. Very clean . Good food. And really like their southern hospitality. However today something happened that I feel I NEED TO SHARE WITH YOU. As I was walking out to pay for my breakfast , with the cashier. An elderly short man, with apparent health issues approached me. He was clean. Not dirty looking. Looked like he could be someone's grandpa from the area. His eyes were red, tearing up. This man really looked and sounded as if he needed my help. He said was stranded and needed his luggage and his dog to a gas station a mile down the road. At first he wanted a ride. Then his story got more detailed and was not making sense. The more questions I asked , the more he would talk. This man was con artist. Big Time. And I am posting this because I am disgusted a disturbed by this. And why would the employees at this restaurant allow him to be carrying on this way? Please people watch out for this man. He is emotionally unstable.“

“Amazing time - it's a quiet area with outdoor seating. You can walk through the vineyard or just sit around and enjoy different wines made right here in Orange. Everyone was super pleasant, there were SO many options too. They offer small sips to taste before you commit to purchasing and they also have small snack/finger foods to compliment the drinks. Definitely recommend checking out Free State - they even got me to sign up for their wine club!“

“Food is very good. The owner's daughter who usually works the take-out window is probably the best take-out cashier in the city. She always gets the order right without having to ask you to stop, slow down, or repeat anything and have never had an issue with my food, other than the wait which isn't bad enough to even complain about.“

“AMAZING service!!! Everyone was so friendly, and our waitress was so attentive she came by to refill our salsa before we ran out multiple times, as well as our chips and drinks when they ran low. The food was delicious. We got combo plates with rice, beans, Echiladas, burritos, and tamales. Not to mention you can add a taco for a dollar to any meal. Stop by for some yummy food, and even better service.“

“So glad we found this awesome Denny’s on our route to Florida. Food and service were great! I mentioned how I enjoyed Hazelnut in my coffee and my server personally went and surprised us with some and topped us off on to-go coffees before we left. We really appreciated her! “Some really good affordable Chinese food! The vegetables were delicious and there was the little black bean in the dish that I have no idea what they were but there had a very pungent and delicious flavor. I guarantee next time I’m in the area I will make a special trip to this “

“First time coming we were greeted at the door and was told we can sit wherever we like. was hard to find a spot because of how packed they where but luckily we found a corner table towards the back near the counter. Our waitress Yvette came and had an amazing attitude/ work ethic and when she heard it was our first time she acknowledged and asked if we wanted more time we got the 2x2x2 and then the meat lovers breakfast with a biscuit and it was phenomenal. The biscuit was so fluffy and soft it was one of the best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. And I travel around a lot because of work so I’ve had a lot of them but this was in the top 5 for sure. I would definitely come back awesome job.

Kid-friendliness: All the waitresses love kids Yvette our waitress loved the kid next to us and was interacting with them

Wheelchair accessibility: They have regular tables that you can move to be able to have a wheel chair access and a ramp coming into the front door“

“I have gone to Sun Wok for 10+ years now. The lady who works there is so nice and friendly. She knows my order when I call, without me saying anything. She asks about all of my family every time I go in. She is constantly giving complimentary food too if she has a new item on the menu. I love her. I love the food. I've never gotten sick from the food there over all of these years. My family loves this place. I'd give her 100 stars if I could.“

“Fried pickles and Bacon Cheese Burger with Onion Rings were xcellent! Fried Fish is awesome too. Waiting 30 minutes with one other party of 2 is ridiculous, not to mention having to listen to employees behind the counter have personal phone conversations that should have been kept to themselves.“
