About Hard Country Café

Hard Country Café is a hidden gem inside a truck stop. The chicken fried steak and steak finger basket were outstanding, not frozen patties. The mashed potatoes and homemade onion rings were a hit. The ranch dressing was so good it could be drank. The atmosphere is nothing special but very clean. The breakfast Quesadilla was perfect, and the country fried steak dinner impressed a picky eater. The SW Taco Salad was also a hit. Located near Vinton, it's worth a visit off the LA-109 exit.
