I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Faye! She was super friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about customer service and keeps a positive attitude even when it’s busy. The store was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was made quickly. Faye definitely made my visit better — I’ll be coming back for sure!

We’re from Crowley and stopped in after a long day of work looking for something quick to eat. Ended up here and had a great experience.
Faye made it. She’s a sweet lady with a great personality and treated us like regulars from the moment we walked in. Service was fast, food was on point, and everything was done with care.

I arrived around 9:51 PM and honestly thought the staff member might be upset since it was close to closing time. But I really appreciate how kindly and respectfully he spoke to me. I bought two sandwiches, and I had two kids with me who were very hungry, so I didn’t have many options since Subway was open only until 10 PM. He was very understanding and helpful.
