“Wow, the food was great and the level of service was friendly and better than we could have ever expected. Patricia, Toni, Charlene and Sarah were amazing and definitely added to the experience. The place was clean the outside appearance doesn't look like much but, the inside was very well decorated and they obviously didn't spare any expense to make it top notch! We will be back!!!“

“Such a pleasant surprise! My husband and I have talked about going to Novrovsky's in Sulphur for over a year and finally stopped in on our way out of town. I was under the impression it was just a small sandwich joint. It's not at all! The location is open and spacious. I ordered their Buffalo chicken tenders with fries and I have been thinking about them ever since! The tenders were huge, thankfully I got just the 3 piece because I couldn't finish it. That buffalo sauce is one of the best I've had-deep red color, intense flavor, and a slow, sneaky heat. The fries are delightful -crispy, greasy, lightly battered and were placed under the tenders so they got saucy, too. Next trip will be to try one of their potatoes because I saw a chicken fried steak potato be delivered to a nearby table. If you, like me, have been sleeping on going to Novrovsky's, it's time to wake up and go!“

“If you’re craving some real Cajun flavor, this spot is where it’s at! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, I am always immediately greeted with smiles and hellos from the sweetest employees! These girls are the definition of southern charm! The food is amazing, I have never had anything I did not LOVE. You have to try the crawfish bread which is my personal favorite. Portions are amazing and this is definitely a must-try if you want some down-home Cajun goodness or a home cooked meal without the hassle!“

“It is a very comfortable atmosphere. It is a high end steakhouse. It is a little pricey, but beef is expensive. They offer exceptional quality steaks, several to choose from to include Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Maybe one day I will try it. Very expensive cut of meat. I have never been disappointed with my food. I have had the filet,and the 20 ounce bone in, and a couple others. Always cooked to perfection. I always have had extraordinary service when dining there. It is a nice rsstaraunt, probably should dress a little better, but it is in a casino and I like to be comfortable. Shorts and t-shirt usually. They are always welcoming!“

“We throughly enjoyed our experience! Our server Caleb was amazing. He was transparent with our menu choices and was clear on what we were ordering. He let us try the soup to see if it was an option we would like. The food was on point. Delicately made and just delicious. He was so personable and we will def ask for him again.“

“It is always so unbearably cold in there. We bring sweaters etc, but last night I shivered through my meal being unable to enjoy it. And the waiter was rushing us through the meal. Arrived at 515p out by 540p. The food is always delicious but the atmosphere killed it. Very fast loud music, difficult to hold a conversation at the table.“

“Brought my dad, daughter, and grandmother here to eat. Grandmother never had an American waygu steak before, tried the featured bonein waygu strip and loved it. Couldn't stoped talking about the amazing flavor from the marbling of the steak. Highly recommend!“

“We’ve lived in Lake Charles for years now, it’s taken us so long to find a good Chinese place (our favorite is general wok in Jennings, LA) but I think we found our favorite in Lake Charles. We shared the general chicken, lo mein, and egg drop soup. Everything came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. Probably the best egg drop soup we’ve had in a long time. The staff was very kind in the phone and in person. We will definitely be back soon.“

“We had a great experience dining here on 6/3/23. The dozen oysters on the half shell were very tasty. My husband had the catfish and commented on how it was the best he has had in a very long time. I had the burger and fries and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks for accommodating all my food allergies. It’s difficult but you all really tried and I appreciate it very much. Finally, we had great service from Brook and enjoyed eating on the patio. Keep up the great work. Food service is a grueling job but you all did it so effortlessly!“

“Best wonton soup and pork egg fu yung I’ve had in years, very generous portions. Tried the Sesame chicken and liked that as well but in all honesty, I always go for the pork egg fu, my husband and I usually get a large wonton soup, egg rolls and an order of egg fu and it’s more than enough for the both of us for dinner. I know I need to try some other menu items but I love the egg fu so much I just can’t bring myself to order anything else. We haven’t had egg fu yung this good since 2007 when we moved to a Europe.We only discovered this restaurant this year but we sure are glad we did and now it’s pretty much our go to for Chinese every few weeks, sometimes more often!“
