“My friend and I both ordered medium sno Cones. I had the Blue Bubblegum and she had Wedding Cake. Both were very tasty. They were huge and the price was great for the size. The girl who waited on us was very helpful, friendly, and smiling ear to ear. Service was also quick for a business who just opened. We will definitely be back!“

“Update: Asked about the lights, day later they were on. All is good in the land of coffee and cake.For whatever reason the manager has the automatic exterior lights come on at 8am, meaning the lights are only on during the day but off all night. You can't even read the menu and wouldn't even know the place was open if you didn't check online.“

“Nobody ever wants to provide decent customer service anymore. 3 different girls were at and/or around the counter as we walked in and my friend was able to order his food, but I couldn't till about another 5-7 mins later. They would acknowledge us by making eye contact but then walk away and not say a word. It's not so much that they were flat out rude, just seemed more lazy or simply just didn't care they were at work.The food was decent, it's fast food...“

“Everyone was very nice, even though were busy, and I waited 35 minutes, they were able to cancel my drink order and bring me a receipt.The only complaint I have is the could have at least let me have my drink instead of throwing it in the trash, because I waited 35 minutes.That's just good customer service no matter where you go, if the customer has to wait over 30 minutes, you give them a refund and the product they're waiting on.But I understand they have policies, and everyone has to follow the rules, I just wanted to make that clear.“

“Everything I’ve had here has been wonderful! This is mostly a drive-through place, as there aren’t many places to sit. There are plenty of parking spaces if you do want to sit and enjoy for a while.

La Real Michoacána on College st and Dowlen Rd, Beaumont, Texas will forever be the best!“

“Si no has visitado la refresqueria arcoíris te lo recomiendo. Tiene mucha variedad de antojitos que uno no haya que escoger por que todos se ven deliciosos. Las raspas están riquísimas. Además tienen manejo de envío a diferentes países del mundo. El personal muy atento y hace sentir a uno como en casa!“
