Everyone was very nice, even though were busy, and I waited 35 minutes, they were able to cancel my drink order and bring me a receipt.The only complaint I have is the could have at least let me have my drink instead of throwing it in the trash, because I waited 35 minutes.That's just good customer service no matter where you go, if the customer has to wait over 30 minutes, you give them a refund and the product they're waiting on.But I understand they have policies, and everyone...read full review

I order the BLT here and half the time order in the app. Bacon is old, burnt and In pieces. Service is always slow. Not a whole lot of choices in the area and with the economy and prices so high you just want a decent meal for the price you pay.

Bad experience. They couldn't find my call in order and sent me to another store. It was closed. When I returned and finally got my food upon returning home and dishing out 3 other subs aside from mine I'm told 2 of them were not what they ordered. Stuck with $12 sandwiches that ate not able to be eaten due to allergies and no compensation per Subway. Worst visit ever
