Sending the belt buster back 3times last night to get the order right first I got a single burger sent back then a double buster with no cheese sent back then a double buster with cheese with no bacon sent back finally got with bacon and chee
We are local, eat here a lot but have noticed a real drop in customer service. Young folks in the drive thru especially the young dark curly haired fella. He took our order with not so much as a welcome or thank you. When i got to the window he didn't look at or acknowledge me. He began talking, still fully inside the window, I asked him politely 3 times if he was talking to me and he just kept rattling on, still not looking at me. The food was great and so was the service. The lobby was quite dirty though and there weren't very many people at the time so someone could have been cleaning. I didn't see anyone clean the whole time we were there.
