Ordered the new Peach Cobbler Blizzard and the lazy teenager that made it put about a tablespoon worth of peach cobbler and failed to mix it. 95% of it was vanilla ice cream and bi filling. HORRIBLE!!!

Nobody ever wants to provide decent customer service anymore. 3 different girls were at and/or around the counter as we walked in and my friend was able to order his food, but I couldn't till about another 5-7 mins later. They would acknowledge us by making eye contact but then walk away and not say a word. It's not so much that they were flat out rude, just seemed more lazy or simply just didn't care they were at work.The food was decent, it's fast food...

The food was great and so was the service. The lobby was quite dirty though and there weren't very many people at the time so someone could have been cleaning. I didn't see anyone clean the whole time we were there.
Typical DQ. The service was outstanding and quick. The food was good so we walked away happy.The store was clean and maintained as should be.

The Dairy Queen in Vidor doesn't know how to do anything. I asked for an order of Hungarian Buster and they only gave me the meat when I asked for it with everything and bacon busters was also cold. I asked for a medium blizzard and they gave me a small one. In reality, they don't know how to take an order or the app. You get the wrong order, I won't buy there again, complete disappointment.

Sending the belt buster back 3times last night to get the order right first I got a single burger sent back then a double buster with no cheese sent back then a double buster with cheese with no bacon sent back finally got with bacon and chee
