I ordered food for lunch on the mobile app and went and picked it up. The app was glitching that day and so I had to add to my order once I got to the restaurant. The person who took my order wad very nice and understanding and allowed me to use another deal coupon on my 2nd order as well. Food was hot and only had to wait about 2 mins.
Day shift crews are great, great service good food. Night shift? Supposedly the restaurant is open 24/7 but every single day you go through the drive-through someone responds sorry our systems are currently down, and are unable to take orders.
