“Yesterday 3 -7-2026 we pick up a sack of live crawfish from Carlyss Boil & Go I must say the size of crawfish was well above average to say it’s early in the season. The customer service was AMAZING and the wait time was FAST. I am giving this place a 100% plus more. I will be back soon.“

“If you’re craving some real Cajun flavor, this spot is where it’s at! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, I am always immediately greeted with smiles and hellos from the sweetest employees! These girls are the definition of southern charm! The food is amazing, I have never had anything I did not LOVE. You have to try the crawfish bread which is my personal favorite. Portions are amazing and this is definitely a must-try if you want some down-home Cajun goodness or a home cooked meal without the hassle!“

“We chose The Max to celebrate our son’s college graduation dinner, and I cannot imagine a more perfect place for such a special milestone. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. The manager (Jalen) and staff (Olivia & Jaden) went above & beyond to help us set up decorations prior to the dinner, helped answered all of our questions, checked on us throughout the dinner to make sure everyone was taken care of. “Brought my dad, daughter, and grandmother here to eat. Grandmother never had an American waygu steak before, tried the featured bonein waygu strip and loved it. Couldn't stoped talking about the amazing flavor from the marbling of the steak. Highly recommend!“

“We had a great experience dining here on 6/3/23. The dozen oysters on the half shell were very tasty. My husband had the catfish and commented on how it was the best he has had in a very long time. I had the burger and fries and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks for accommodating all my food allergies. It’s difficult but you all really tried and I appreciate it very much. Finally, we had great service from Brook and enjoyed eating on the patio. Keep up the great work. Food service is a grueling job but you all did it so effortlessly!“

“100/10! I’m not one to leave reviews often but we’ve gotten crawfish a couple times this seasons and it has never disappointed! So so good!!“
