“While driving through Louisiana as we were heading back to Texas, I googled, "Crawfish near me" & this place popped up. Decided to head there with my mother & son (earlier today) It was Great, friendly staff & Delicious Crawfish. Would definitely recommend , wish it wasn't 3 hrs away from me though, so I can go on a weekly basis haha 🙃“

“The best seafood place, i've ever been to!!!! It tasted like pride was taken in making the food! The hospitality was out of this world. They put a great name to that hospitality in Louisiana! The sauce is out of this world. Worth any drive you'd have to take to get there!!“

“We were in town for the casino but decided to eat elsewhere. A quick internet search and we found Fausto's. The food was delicious and the prices were more than reasonable. I had the fried shrimp, and my wife had the fish. Both were excellent. The sides were hot and tasty. When we return this will be our "go to" spot for lunch or dinner.“

“Tried this restaurant inside Coushatta while visiting and attending a concert and it did not disappoint. We made a reservation well in advance due to the concert. Server brought rolls with some butter and pepper jam which were excellent. We started out with french onion soup and a small chopped salad to share and both were delightful. The french onion soup was very close to some of the best I have ever had. For my entree, I ordered the fried chicken which came with mashed potatoes with gravy ( gravy had small pieces of tender roast in it) and some corn coblets. This was a very excellent sleeper meal inside a steak house. My wife ordered the crab cake and sweet potatoes which she said were just okay. The sweet potatoes could have had more brown sugar to my liking. For desert, we got the strawberry butter cake trio and it did not disappoint. Normally, I would typically order steak but I had steak two nights earlier in the week. I did look around at some dishes that others had and the lamb chops looked great and the steaks and baked potatoes looked fabulous!! We will definitely eat here every visit to Coushatta!!!“

“The food was so good. In casinos the food isn't usually worth the cost, but that isn't the case here. I had the Seafood Gumbo and it was great. They don't skimp on the seafood inside. It consisted of smaller gulf shrimp and plenty of Louisiana Blue Crab meat. It came with a pile of white rice and crackers. My husband had the club sandwich. It was very good and filling. It's a huge sandwich. Do yourself and visit. It's well worth the money.“
