“It has been years since I have been in this area for any business of My own and I stopped into Gulf Coast Seafood. The customer traffic was high and folks were being taken care of and Happy on there visit. It caused My visit to be that much better. The New Management and Owner was very Sweet and a Nice Person that I could Appreciate about her. Her husband came out to help a customer to figure what type of jalapeno pepper used in the dish she purchased dine in. He shared the information to her and her husband at their table. Impressed. An overall experience of good service experience there at Gulf Coast Seafood restaurant“
“One of the Best in town. Food is always good, always fresh. Our waitress she is the best waitress ever every time we go she is all in very polite and get every detail we order she is always on point. I fell so bad the way she was treated by another customer that just to keep it simple she was extremally rude. keep up the good work guys.“
“I would like to thank Leonard for greeting me with a friendly smile especially since this was my 1st time here he helped me go through the huge assortment of combinations of plates that are the most delicious shrimp and fish that I've had in years it reminded me of when my grandfather would cook up our shrimp and fish It came out amazingly hot and fresh For a small little place it is a hidden gem I highly recommend this location their prices are very fair for the amount of food that you get the quality of food and the flavor there's approximately 10 tables to sit at and a large screen TV watch Thank you Leonard for my 1st time experience sir it certainly will not be my last“
“I've found the fast food at the name brand places too high and the food not five star neither...this Family run place has real good food at a good price. I wish they could open early and close late with more on their menu but, if it hurts what they have now I will take back my suggestion. Thanks for the Good food....“
“Boy I was in for a surprise when I came into this place. The second I walked in I was greeted by the nice young tall cashier man, who was delighted to take my order. I ordered the wings and some shrimp, and oh how tasty that was. It turned my perspective on food entirely, because of how delicious and delicate the food was. The crunch from the wings were perfect, every bite I took was immaculate. Every time I chewed you could hear the crisp of the wings. The second I bit into the shrimp the seasoning blew me. It was new joy I found from eating food. A new sensation. The food was good would come again.“
“Seaside seafood is a restaurant based in Southeast Texas that specializes in fried seafood as the name might suggest. Although, there is stiff competition in that general area, this place has been my go to recently. I usually order their salt and pepper shrimp dinner plate which comes with 6 pc shrimp, 1 bread, salad, and your choice of french fries or shrimp fried rice. Their shrimp is always so crispy and the salt and pepper may be overbearing for some, but paired with sides is perfect to me. Typically, I do get it to-go, as I normally and getting something for just myself, but the interior has more than enough space and is rather clean. The parking situation is a little tight but nothing to stress over.“
“They do stop taking orders no later than 8:30pm during the week, don't know about the weekends. I haven't been in years cause everything tasted the same years back but I gave them another try when my Bestfriend wanted some, they have upped the flavor. The Popcorn Shrimp was good but their size was like a lima bean size, very, very small or even cocktail shrimp cut in half & battered. It cost her almost $12 for a Jumbo size container with the rice...mind you the container was like a med container but was crammed full. Their food is always fresh but its the flavor and size for me. I say try them for yourself to see what you think...“
“Finally had the opportunity to go to Tia Juanita's in Port Arthur last evening. We were seated quickly, offered watered promptly and given a chance to order. There is so very much to chose from so it took a while! ?. Once orders were made, it did take a few, but this was understood since the restaurant was full. We ordered the boudain balls which was really a treat. Our food came shortly after and my what a presentation. I ordered the Trio Tacos, blackened and they were amazing! My friends dishes were just as appealing. Although quite filled, we shared a bread pudding, my friend insisted. Pleasant evening, great food/service was enjoyed. The only issue was as the evening wore on the music was turned up quite a bit, which made it difficult to hear one another. Otherwise everything else was perfect...“
