I ordered via Doordash so IDK about the actual restaurant, but the food is always amazing. I dream about the crawfish pistolettes and get them every time, but tonight I tried the gumbo and fried tomatoes for the first time and Y'ALL... you did it again. Delicious! We are from Minnesota traveling the country. We stopped at Holliers to get a taste of southern cooking. we asked what we should try and before we even had a chance to order their niece
Came by and gave us samples to try. Everthing was fantastic, by the time we ordered we were almost to full to eat.
