Took a lunch break from work. To pick up some Burger King. Not sure why the lady working tonight had to be so aggressive towards me. Lied and said my order was ready. Pulled up to the window and said there is no order for me. Total waste of my time. Also a waste of the points I used to redeem for the food. Chicken sandwich with fries and drink.

Employees are not welcoming at all they just busy having fun with each other and don’t care if customer want anything else or have any question. The woman who takes drive thru orders speak like she’s doing us a favor.

We ordered an original chicken sandwich on the side, an 8 pc cheese tot (wanted the bacon cheese tot from the SpongeBob promo but the employee didn’t know what it was), a 12 pc mozzarella stick, an 8 pc nugget, and 2 Hershey pies. We asked for bbq, honey mustard, ketchup, and extra marinara. We received the sandwich, the tots, an 8pc mozzarella, the nuggets, and the pies. We didn’t receive the 4 missing mozzarella sticks, extra marinara, ketchup, or honey mustard. We come to this location often due to getting off work late and wanting to avoid cooking, and often we are disappointed with the service and the food being incorrect. They also did not give a receipt like they usually do.

most TERRIBLE burger king in sulphur , puts your food in the bag anyway , fix the burgers any kind of way it’s literally nothing but kids in there around lunch time that acts like they have no common sense whatsoever , bad attitudes , everything is horrible around lunch time but im not gonna go into to many details because i might just need a job here one day❤️

Food was good. A little more attention to detail would be more appreciated. I don't work there, so I don't want to have to put my own burger together when I'm paying someone to make it.
They gave my drinks, said to pull around to the front, then said they already handed me the food when all they gave me was the drinks... had to argue with them then got the food like 30 minutes later
