everytime i coke i’m always waiting at least more then 15 mins for my food to be done. everytime i receive it it’s either always cold or everything was made poorly. never the one to complain unless it’s necessary. been here more then 8 times and each time has been the same

Ordered their limited time brisket and burger melt. The picture looked great. The reality was borderline illegal. Maybe a half teaspoon of brisket in the middle of the sandwich. Not kidding…it was hidden under a pickle slice. Burger was not what I expected from Checkers. Total rip off of what was advertised.

I love Checkers and their outdoor picnic area, especially in the evenings, it has a cool vibe. Their food is consistently great, I absolutely love those fries. The service was very pleasant, helpful and courteous
Parking: Plenty of parking and if you can't find parking there are 2 drive thrus.
Kid-friendliness: Its outdoor picnic setting makes it very kid friendly, in my opinion, no real noise restrictions. Children can be children.

I was so aggravated at the time that I didn't even get a picture of it. But I ordered an ice cream cone and what they gave me was so pathetic. I honestly thought it was a joke at first.... I couldn't believe what they handed me. There was no ice cream on top. Only the cone had ice cream In it. It looked like someone scraped the top off. Then when I asked for my money back, they said they couldn't give me my money back "until a manager was there" so they claimed a manager was not even in the building to give me my money back....they took the cone back and didn't offer to make me a new one and said they couldn't give me my money back! I walked away with no ice cream cone or no money back....I've had a bad bad day, not to mention I usually don't buy myself fast food when I get it for my kiddos, because every dollar that I can save counts! I get buyers remorse spending money on myself when I could save it! ******* And just noticed that the 10 pc chicken tender that we ordered is not in the bag either.... Which cost $10.99+ tax....and was for my daughter. So now I'm out $15.00 and my kids are still hungry because they didn't get their food. So I now have to spend more money and I'm not happy.
