The restaurant was clean and well-lit, atmosphere was good. However, the baskets of chips were loaded with salt and the Alfredo was smothered in seasoning; making both inedible. The waiter was kind and responsive.

Wow, what a great experience! We were greeted and sat immediately. Kristi was our server and was absolutely amazing. She was fast, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. My husband got the crispers and I got the triple dipper. Everything was hot and delicious! We were well taken care of by Kristi, as well as other staff. Thank you Kristi for a great night out!

Bartender was not attentive at all . I guess she figured she wasn't getting a tip ... which she was but I will not be giving a big a tip as I was gonna give.

we got the $10.99 meal deal 3 of them. while we waited for our food we had a couple of drinks at the bar and the Witches Brew Margarita was delicious

Omg I have been to multiple chilis and when I say this place is on its A game they are on it multiple people asking if I'm good and/or need anything managers are everywhere talking to guests the speed and hospitality is beyond amazing here

Got a bacon rancher double stack with bacon. Bacon was rubbery. Wife and kids got the chicken, was tiny. Definitely not worth the price. The waitress was polite but clumsy and didn't bring plates for appetizers. Not coming back

The service was not great, at all, even though he was kind. The food was ok. I noticed portions are getting much smaller while the price is going up. I don't expect things to say the same, obviously, but I remember when chips and hot sauce was $2. Now it's almost $8!! The pasta is mo longer in a bowl, it's on a place and about a lunch portion. It used to be $10, then around $14...it's now OVER $20!!! FOR 25cents WORTH OF PASTA??? We added the ck & shrimp, making it $25ish. 1 drink,no apps. I got a combo plate. It was $85 for 2. I don't expect that for Chili's. I can go to Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse , or Saltgrass for that or less! I mean, you're a comfortable classic, Chill's ( and I DO mean that. I worked there for 5 years when I was younger. But it's basically a sit down fast food, so $85 is quite pricey, to me. I won't go back for quite some time. [Price coupled with poor service] 😢 I would rather spend that money at hibachi, sushi 🍣 or something else. Just my 2 cents.

Bring a light jacket, its a little cool in the morning! Our waitress even had a sweater on! SW Rolls cooked perfectly. Wish they would offer a early bird lunch menu on weekend. 3 ppl no alcohol $75. During week would have been less expensive. Food was fantastically delicious and service was excellent.

Tried to make a to go order over the phone they put me on hold then hung up on me 8/7/25 around 730pm

I order pickup from the app mostly, but occasionally will dine in & no complaints either way. Food and service is always good.
