Chili's Grill & Bar

Horrible food presentation,quality, quantity, and poor customer service. I ordered the Cajun Pasta with shrimp and chicken. The shrimp was undercooked, watery/ thin sauce, and it was covered with an essesive amount of red seasonings all over this poorly prepared dish. Kid's salad was not fresh. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not be returning again.

We are in our mid-60's. When we asked for an alcoholic drink, they asked for our ID'S. My husband refused to show his. They refused to serve us our first alcoholic beverage. We left!!!

Food was all off. Cold and not done correctly. Over charged for things when substituting. Wait staff was not nice and took lots of time. Was also my birthday so had code for free desert but wouldn’t let me use my free rewards if I got my birthday desert. Blows my mind. Did nothing for birthday. Either. Server was unkind. Manager never came out. Food was a 2 on scale of 1-10. Ordered margaritas chicken fajita style with corn on cob and two soups and chicken tender dinner and cheese mozzarella sticks that were burnt. They way over charged us at almost 100$. I eat there all the time and order same thing every time and it’s 18$ for me. Can’t tell me that chicken strips are 80$. Think not. They refused to help.

Ordered a burger well done went to take bit and it was almost bleeding had to throw it away wasted 15 dollars.

Placed a order to go. Ribeye steak was covered in salt. And was tough as could be. French fries were soggy. Corn on the cob felt like you just took it out of the refrigerator. I live 5 minutes away so I know it didn't have time to get that cold. Won't ever be back !!!!!

This restaurant needs help. It's so sad not enough people work no a days.. We ended up leaving the kid working the bar was great but had too many customers for one person. We did not stay.

Waitress was recently sweet and accommodating. We got our food fast and it was fresh. The only this was our burgers...whomever was cooking in the kitchen on the grill had overcooked our burgers so much that the meat was crunchy through and through. Now, my husband like his burgers well done but for him to say they were "overcooked", they had to be over done. The meat was just hard. I didn't complain because I knew they were busy and I understand that, but just be careful guys. Other than that, there staff was awesome!

I ordered steak fajitas with all the trimmings to go. I arrived at the time I was told. Parked in one of the designated parking spots, "for picking up to go orders," went inside, I told the lady my name, she handed me my order, and I'm out the door in less than a minute. When I got home and opened the bag, everything was packed well, and the food was hot and fresh. No complaints, and even had enough to eat some the next day.

Once again I ordered the three for me, and this location is the most consistent in service and food preparation from Chili's. The hamburger was DELICIOUS! My wife and I will return again and again.

It's a good place to dine with family or a date. The wait staff don't check enough to see how you're doing. Their cocktails are delicious. The games on the tablet at the tables are cool, but should be free.

They no longer offer curbside pick up and do not have a pickup window. I no longer order from chili's! The Mexican restaurant down the road has a pickup window!

I Love this place. Great food and drinks. You can watch sports on TV by the bar area.
