Waitress was recently sweet and accommodating. We got our food fast and it was fresh. The only this was our burgers...whomever was cooking in the kitchen on the grill had overcooked our burgers so much that the meat was crunchy through and through. Now, my husband like his burgers well done but for him to say they were "overcooked", they had to be over done. The meat was just hard. I didn't complain because I knew they were busy and I understand that, but just...
I ordered steak fajitas with all the trimmings to go. I arrived at the time I was told. Parked in one of the designated parking spots, "for picking up to go orders," went inside, I told the lady my name, she handed me my order, and I'm out the door in less than a minute. When I got home and opened the bag, everything was packed well, and the food was hot and fresh. No complaints, and even had enough to eat some the next day.
Once again I ordered the three for me, and this location is the most consistent in service and food preparation from Chili's. The hamburger was DELICIOUS! My wife and I will return again and again.
