El Tapatio's is best Mexican restaurant in Sulphur by far. Atmosphere is great, friendly staff. The food is excellent and never has been cold, They always serve a generous portion. Price wise is excellent. Best margaritas l ever had. Can't wait to go back.. Coming from a man named (Taco), it's a must try.. 🌮🌮

I found some small bugs in my food and I was told I was "unfortunate" because that doesn't happen often. Management didn't even talk to us or try to make it right. While writing this I'm seeing someone else had this happen to them too earlier today. It's crazy that they're not closing down to deal with this issue. He said this doesn't happen often but IMO it shouldn't happen at all.

Found a little roach in my girlfriends drink, the food tasted okay but we didn't eat much because we were grossed out. They still charged us for the drinks btw.

There is a wide selection of food to choose from. Anything I've ever ordered has always been great. The staff and servers are super friendly/welcoming, which makes for a great experience!

Had a great dinner tonight at El Tapatio Mexican Cocina & Bar. The food and service were excellent. Best Pina Coladas around. Hector was our friendly waiter. He personally made my Pina Colada. I've found Pina Coladas are hit or miss depending on the restaurant. It was a Pina Colada like I would make for myself.

Ordered takeout and didnt get my queso ? I live too far away to go back and get it so I missed out on that (and wasted money )… but aside from forgetting part of my order the food was fantastic!! The steak burrito is the best!

This morning we visited this restaurant and we ordered water but to our surprise our waiter asking us if certain if we wanted the water that the water they serve there was not good and ask "have you ever had Louisiana water I wouldn't drink it" while the food was okay, the rice was undercook I was extremely disappointed with the manager's behavior. After our waiter gave us incorrect information about a dish, I ask to speak with the manager to sort out this confusion the manager became rude and began speaking negatively about us while we were still within earshot.
It is never acceptable for management to disrespect customers, especially while they are still dining. I hope the restaurant addresses this unacceptable behavior and improves their customer service.

2nd time eating here. It is still one of the better Mexican restaurants in the area. The service was great! The 22yr old waitress was very friendly and put up with my colleagues' unique personality very well, lol.
