The manager is super immature a d was making fun of his employee the whole time I was waiting for my food. The food is way overpriced for what you get. $17.90 for one sandwhich and that's without anything else.

I had Firehouse Subs for the 1st time today and was very disappointed. Hardly anything on the sandwich.. Two small pieces of turkey..

I truly don’t understand how this place is still in business. From the roach infestation to the absolutely abhorrent customer service, especially from the GM, there are truly no redeeming qualities to this place. Maybe they should train the children they employ how to do their jobs instead of letting them trample all over the weak-willed managers🤷‍♀️

Went through the drive-thru and got myself an Italian grilled chicken salad. It is nothing like it used to be with the previous owners. My salad is less than half the size it used to be. Maybe one cup of lettuce, and approximately an ounce of chicken, maybe about an ounce of pepperoni( or less) a sprinkle.of cheese. I also ordered the add bacon and got one half of a slice! Come on!! Do better! We are long time customers since this place first opened and it has gone down hill since the new owners took over. Also half of my lettuce was a huge bottom stem of a lettuce head!!!

As usual I have nothing to say about Firehouse subs except yum yum yum they were very polite they knew what they were doing they did it well they did it quick, and I got my food to me pretty fast. I was hungry?
