Some of the meat on buffet was actually cold.The beef tips was scarce on beef.just soup.But the price was good and the hamburgers looked awesome and real.i shoulda got one instead of buffet.
Stopped in for dinner on our way into town! If you are wanting a hole in the wall/mom and pop place vibe, Hollier’s is it. We didn’t have the best experience with the food though. Crawfish was okay. The size was great, flavor was a dry rub and not too spicy. But they were waaayyy over cooked. Every tail we peeled stuck to the shell and broke. So we tried the gumbo. The rice was either old or not cooked fully because there were crunchy pieces. Also got barely any meat. Flavor...
Very clean, very friendly, the food there was amazing and delicious. Best fried green tomatoes I've ever eaten and that's saying something as country as I am. Seafood buffet is BOMB!! Highly recommend ?????????!!!
