How can you call yourself a Cajun kitchen when in fact yall have a sign stating imports on your seafood cooler?
I went through drive thru and ordered some cracklings. Woman was rude and cracklings were dry!
Very good staff and service with delicious food.
I ordered via Doordash so IDK about the actual restaurant, but the food is always amazing. I dream about the crawfish pistolettes and get them every time, but tonight I tried the gumbo and fried tomatoes for the first time and Y'ALL... you did it again. Delicious! I forgot how much food comes with the order and now I have lunch for tomorrow too, so that's even better. The gumbo tasted like homemade, I got an unexpected side of potato salad that tasted like my Mama made it, and the tomatoes were surprisingly yummy! Of course, that pistolette was the best part, though. 100% I'll order again every time I'm in town. Love this place!!
We are from Minnesota traveling the country. We stopped at Holliers to get a taste of southern cooking. we asked what we should try and before we even had a chance to order their niece Came by and gave us samples to try. Everthing was fantastic, by the time we ordered we were almost to full to eat. Then the owner Marie and a friend of theirs, a cook stopped by and asked how everything was! By the time we left we bought home made frozen sausage, Cajun spices, and pickles. Our little stop for southern cooking ended 2&3/4 hrs later! We left by them telling us to come back again, Ya’are Family Now! It was a highlight of our trip through Louisiana and exemplifies southern hospitality!!! Thanks Dave & Karen Christianson.
