So first time coming here and I must say I was very happy. Our server was outstanding, I cannot quite remember his name,brandon maybe,I remember it started with B,but anyway he was very polite,and attentive. From the reviews I had high expectations. The appetizer that was deep fried, was not to my taste. Perhaps old frying oil? I had the hibachi salmon and it was overcooked for me, too well done. We did not discuss how the fish was to be cooked; perhaps it's my fault for not telling them how to cook it. The server was awesome, the atmosphere was great, although I would have expected cloth napkins.
