Horrible experience!! Ordered online, went to get pizza, they gave our order to someone else. Waited for them to remake the entire order. Half of the order was remade, then had to wait for the other half to be remade. Ended up sitting in parking lot for 45 minutes waiting. Asked for a refund after finding out only half was made, to be turned down because I ordered online. Really sad how this place is ran.

At the drive thru currently. The person at the front counter is asleep on the job and we've waited 18 minutes (as of right now) for food that was supposed to be done at 8:15... the only person working is taking their time also while there is 4 people in the drive thru (the front lobby is locked) mind you it's 8:35.

absolutely disrespectful yall charge my mother for a PRETZEL CRUST PIZZA and not tell anyone that yall arent getting the cheese sauce back for it! wont do anything about it. that is poor service. when she called about it she was very nice to them on the phone and after that they would not pick up her calls and refused to do anything for her. when i called i told them about it because they were not picking up calls from her number!! they offered to write our name down so we could come get another pizza and we told them we would come around a week later because we live in vinton. then when we call back yall wanna tell us you discontinued the sauce.? what kind of service is this ? 😭

The last few times we've gone to the one on Ruth St. They never have Hot N Readys. The employees look like they don't want to be there. Especially the guy at the window tonight. He treated us like we were a bother! Very unfriendly! He has no business working in customer service!

The older black gentleman working at the store on Ruth St. in Sumter was on his phone the whole time and had an employee from the back come take my order. That is very unprofessional. The food is good but he needs to go because that is NOT how you run a business!

Pulled up at the drive-thru window, greeted the cashier, and started giving the cashier my order (two hot-n-ready's). He just stared at me giving me such an ugly look. When I finished, he said "We don't have anything. It'll be at least twenty minutes." I said, "Ok. Thank you." and put my seatbelt on to drive away. He slammed the window shut. I have NEVER had a good experience at this location. I give it a try maybe once a year to see if anything has changed. No. Nothing has changed. I truly do not understand how this location is still open. If I really want Little Caesars pizza, I will drive to Lake Charles to go to the Prien Lake Rd location.
