Pulled up at the drive-thru window, greeted the cashier, and started giving the cashier my order (two hot-n-ready's). He just stared at me giving me such an ugly look. When I finished, he said "We don't have anything. It'll be at least twenty minutes." I said, "Ok. Thank you." and put my seatbelt on to drive away. He slammed the window shut. I have NEVER had a good experience at this location. I give it a try maybe once a year to see if anything has changed. No. Nothing has changed. I truly do not understand how this location is still open. If I really want Little Caesars pizza, I will drive to Lake Charles to go to the Prien Lake Rd location.

$8 for a $5hot'n'ready. I know it's just this specific store that has poor quality pizzas now, but the way the price is jumping up... you can get a pepperoni pizza from a real pizza place for an extra buck maybe 2 at most. With quality this poor, and hearing the same from everyone I talk to. I can't believe this place is still open for business. Atleast bring back the quality Little Ceasars had before hurricane Laura.

Pizza was a little disappointing. What was supposed to be the super pepperoni, or whatever they call it, there were NOT very many of them on the pizza. I paid extra for a pizza with extra pepperoni, and there wasn't enough to be considered a regular pepperoni pizza. It tastes great as always, but it wasn't what I paid for. I should have checked it before I left.
The worst I've been to!! They leave you at the window like they don't see you. Customer service is horrible they act like zombies. If they can't get enough workers or whatever just shit it down.

We waited in line for 31 minutes to have a orange long hair lady (Jalyn) come to the window finally to ask us what she can do for us. I thought someone else got you. Mind you we come here every Thursday. And always have pretty good service ( Dallas) waits on us most times and is extremely friendly and kind. Explains we will have a wait if there is going to be one. No new manager tonight and the place is a crap show. Then a young gentleman in glasses had the audacity to tell us we needed to pull forward because he had other orders he had to take care of after ours was already paid for. Ended up after paying waiting for a total of an hour. Frustrated mom of four kids!

The service was not the best, to be honest. I paid for 2 sauces that I did not get. There was no point in calling to tell since it was late evening or returning, taking the time needed to return back. The server also forgot another piece of order that was noticed before leaving. Pizza was decent but not exactly as order, which was a little irritating considering it was 20 bucks itself.
Ignored at the drive thru for 10 minutes, walk in wait another 20 minutes just to take my order, I’ve now been waiting another 20 minutes ON TOP of that and still haven’t gotten food. Place is a joke, im watching the kitchen now they did 0 prep and are somehow frantically slow with getting any food out whatsoever.

Called in order then waited almost an hour. The front counter was dirty and the ceiling was brown. Will not be going back to this location. I refused the order cause it wasn't right even after waiting almost an hour.
