Been waiting 27 minutes for a McChicken, the girl came up to the truck and asked what we were waiting on so we told her. She walked past about 10 minutes later and asked if she let anyone know about our food and she said “uh no”. Bigger girl, with two pig tails. Awful customer service.

I've ordered ahead through the app twice and both times I've had to wait 20+ minutes for my order. I only received my orders when I actually walked in and complained to the manager. It's genuinely ridiculous.

This place is the worst McDonald's.the people were rude.and they got all of are order wrong.not only that but the manager is literally 18.so he didn't even know what to do.it also took them 15 times to get are order right.we also asked for a frappe and with no milk and we had to go inside and get the manager to get the order right.also we were in the line for a hour.probably longer than that.

Stopped in while traveling, and there were a few disturbing things 😳.
1. Flies galore... live and dead everywhere 2. Broken trash pale at the front door 3. Restrooms were just nasty 4. The lobby looked as if it had not been attended to in days

I’m giving McDonald’s five stars for the food—it was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected. The fries were crispy, the burger was tasty, and the overall quality was solid, especially for fast food.
Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered through the app, expecting a smooth pickup experience, but I ended up having to make my own drink and stand around waiting with no clear communication. It felt like no one was really focused on getting the orders out efficiently. For that reason, I’m giving the service just one star.
As for the atmosphere, I’ll rate it a three. The place was clean enough, but there was a general sense of disorganization. Staff members didn’t seem in a rush, and the energy just wasn’t there. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it definitely didn’t add to it either.
Overall, great food, but the service and atmosphere could use serious improvement.

This location definitely needs better management and someone to oversee all the young employees from doing orders wrong. Im sure my free friday medium fries were left out of my order purposely. Showed the young lady my order and that my medium fries wasn't in my order. Girl went back in saying she was going to bring it out and didn't bring the fries from my order. Took over 30 plus mins. Im sure they wanted me to come in and be upset. Once I went in and saw the young ladies over fries laughing and playing like they left them out on purpose I just walked out. This is crazy that people do foolishness like this. Please find a better manager and team leaders.

Would leave a review about food but I waited in one of the two lines of the drive thru… they took 3 orders from the other line.. came across the speaker and said they would be right with me, I said I hope so because you have already taken 3 orders before me. Took another order from the other line. Then asked what they could get me. Granted when I pulled up, there was nobody in the first line but I drive a bigger truck so I needed to use the second line. Regardless… I don’t feel like 4 other orders should have taken before mine. I was at the ordering station before anyone pulled up in the first line. I haven’t eaten fast food in years. For some reason I wanted it. I don’t recommend. At least not at this location.
