The restaurant was beyond its prime but well kept and with a friendly atmosphere. We opted for the buffet which had a lot of choses. The fried chicken and the barbecue ribs were a real treat -Southern comfort food, as if grandma was in the back doing the cooking.
The server and ordered food was great. 1 waffle was overcooked, but the server apologized and another was cooked right away and perfect. Scrambled eggs on the buffet left something to be desired.
Food is good here close to home cooking but in their own way if you have a shrimp allergy beware they fry everything in the same oil wish they would dedicate one of their fryers to seafood and the other to pork and poultry
