If i could give this post a negative, I would. They are rude at that window. How did we suppose to know they only done online orders. We're from out of town. He could have explained it without an attitude and without the eye rolling. Hope while he's rolling his eyes at customers he will find his brain. We drove off and I ordered Domino's.

Great little pickup location. Pizzas are always cooked to perfection. I have found it best to pickup inside store, as some customers think pickup window is a drive through and block the lane for 15 minutes while waiting on their pizza.

Ordered two lg pizzas and both were wrong. Missing Pepperoni on one and mushrooms on the other. I didn’t enjoy eating plane cheese.

When ww got home and opened the box, our pizza was missing a piece?
I I went last night and it took forever to get the pizza I ordered on my phone. It said order was ready. Waited another 20 min. Got to window another 15 min. When I got the pizza is was cold and sloppily thrown together.

For the past like 4-5 years, it seems that Pizza Huts all over have been hit or miss. Mostly from a cooking time perspective, seems like 70% of the time the pizzas aren't cooked all the way through and if you try to adjust by ordering your pizza well done, that too is inconsistent, often ending up with a burnt crust. Last year, I was ordering pizza hut occasionally, just so I could portion and freeze the par-baked pizzas. Treating them like frozen pizzas, baking around 425-450, 10-15min on a pampered chef stone.
Earlier this week however, my brother and I ordered a large meat lovers pan pizza well done, and it was the best we've had in years.

Always clean. We eat here too much and I don’t even eat it in Texas lol. This last time pizza was soggy and the outta pizzas were over cooked I was a bit confused because they always get us right

You left off my mushrooms that I paid extra for. Garlic was thrown to the side of the pizza all in one clump. You put pesto on all three pizza's when it was supposed to be only on one of them. $48 for three pizzas and everything was wrong!!!
