Service was slow, food was very bland and Chewy. location was smoked out from chicken grease and I waited about 20 minutes without any type of acknowledgement then I decided to place my order online and still have to wait about another 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me and/or I got my food.

Service was horrible from the beginning. And the manager didn't help the situation at all just made things worse. Even after I returned my entire order they had the audacity to put the chicken back on the line.

This is the second time this has happened at the Ruth street location in sulphur. Yes I understand it’s dinner rush but you can’t give me 2 legs in my two piece combo. And if that’s what I want I’ll have to wait 30-40 minutes?! Are you kidding me? HOWWww and as soon as I asked how is that possible I got snapped clean off with attitude. Nahhh I took my $$ to Cities service branch and was met with hot fresh legs and smiling faces. Ruth street has become sad.

Tell the black manger to check her attitude. All I did was question the price of something and she wanna give me a problem. Guess what i work in customer service too. Ain't no reason for that kind of attitude. Won't spend my money at this location anymore.
