Very poor customer service from two separate managers. They wouldn’t refund an unsatisfactory meal because I had already eaten a bunch of it. The fries had a really bitter taste to them and the chicken fingers were extremely bland. Nothing like being served a plate of hot garbage after being on the road for all day. They made me call customer service to receive a refund claiming they couldn’t issue a refund at the store level which is a lie. I should have gone somewhere else to eat instead, but now I know for next time.

Very loud and chaotic. They fo so fast that they basically throw your food in a bag and it goes everywhere. Drink area too small. Restrooms were a hot mess.

Let customers sit in drive-thru line don't have signs posted that they're closed
This raising Cane's has great service and they do a good job of keeping it clean. The only thing is the bathroom design doesn't work. There is always a line for the single bathroom when we stop.
