I don’t know what people don’t understand about ICE TEA, it clearly says ICE goes in the drink. Send an ice tea out with no ice. Then have asked repeatedly for ice. She brings out a kids cup. Excuse me I asked for a large tea that means the cup should have been full of ice. Ordered 4 drinks and took 10 minutes and didn’t have ice. Disrespectful
They got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. I pressed the button and after waiting for 12 minutes for them to answer I just left. Will just throw this slop in the garbage and just not go back. What a waste of 40 bucks. Tried to call but they don't answer. Good job sonic

Kinda stupid ! To put all the mobile orders right in the front when the handicap parking is on the side and, just my opinion people are really getting lazy when you phone an order in at a fast food restaurant.

This has been happening for a little while now. Apparently if you try and use the sonic app. They say that they can't give you the same deals on it because the app is down and want to charge you full price, like half price drinks all day if you use the app. Sounds a little like bait and switch to me. They won't honor the app that they advertise and push on people to get better deals that bring customers in. My order went from the total in the picture to over $10
