Second time I have noticed this happen at this sonic. They clear the screen and say it’s “on the way” but you are still sitting here waiting. They scan out so they don’t get docked on time for taking too long. Then on top of that the carhop Leslie let me know I could put in a review with her name so she could win a gift card. Really need to get it together management.

Tried multiple times to go here , never got service, ordered on the app, still a 15-20 min wait, they forgot items, still a sub standard location

Service so bad when they deliver food the standard greeting is sorry for your wait. Ordered ahead. Checked in. 30 mins we waited. Food was cold by this point. Avoid this location at all cost. Spend your money else where. Just watched another guy have to go knock on the door he has been waiting so long.

Ordered a medium tots and 2 fountain drinks. Took 30 minutes. Clearly not enough staff. Likely a budget decision, reflects poorly in service. Two stars because I felt bad putting 1 for the staff who work here.

Incase you didn't know, the bacon egg and cheese breakfast toaster comes with 3 half pieces of bacon (1 & 1/2 pieces of bacon). Don't waste your money. You're literally buying Texas toast and that's all you're going to taste.

I waited almost 20 minutes for my order for it to come out cold as ice. The manager comes to take a look, see it’s cold and preceded to say the patties just came out. For them to be fresh, they were stiff and the cheese wasn’t melted. Manager handled it unprofessionally!

they messed up our order when we were quite literally the only car there. on top of that, food was cold and the carhop was very rude. terrible experience all together, i would suggest going to one of the other 2 sonics that are less than 2 miles away if you want an even semi-positive experience.

Staff does not need to be petting Cats on the clock in front of their door then going back inside to fix food. It’s unsanitary they said the cook washed his hands but that’s not promising
