This is one of the best starbucks I have ever been to! Came here 4 times during our trip and every time the workers were friendly and made the drinks right! They even went above and beyond prepping my mobile order of like 7 drinks. Double insulted the drink carriers and put heat stoppers in all the drinks. This place is a well oiled machine.

I keep trying to give this Starbucks chances, but dude just go to the one in Krogerās. I order an oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso every time.
First time, they MIXED it up. Itās supposed to be a layered drink, espresso on the bottom, oatmilk on top. This time, they finally listened to the ādonāt mix/shake itā, but barely put ANY OATMILK in it. It was almost a straight black coffee. Had to add my own normal milk at home.
My sister has ordered an iced matcha latte at City Service before, and it was 50% foam. Then she got one at Krogers and it was made correctly. She asked the workers about it and they said āThey definitely didnāt make it right (or pour it correctly) if it was all foamā.
Seriously, go to the Kroger one.

In case no one warns you, the matcha has changed. Your drink will be grainy and bitter with clumps of matcha. I'm sure you could add sweetener but it will probably cost more.

Ordered a tropical iced energy with strawberry puree and they forgot the strawberry. Had an attitude when I brought the drink back to let them fix it and then just opened the lid, dumped strawberries in and didnāt even blend it. Itās suppose to be blended in there. Probably the worst experience Iāve ever had at a Starbucks.
