My husband and I stopped into this location because it was close to our hotel. The service is something to be desired. They weren't washing their hands or changing gloves after making sandwiches, touching the register, and dumping old toppings on top of fresh toppings. Also I received a very old stale piece of flat bread that crumbled like a cracker as soon as I touched it. After having to make a second trip to the restaurant I was told I couldn't get a refund and if I wanted a replacement sandwich I would have to pay for it thank you Stefani for helping me by calling the manager so I can receive a new sandwich.

I love this place the employees are great people Ms Tammy who works there is amazing makes my sandwiches and my salads just like I like them. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone and everyone go try it.
Nasty! They had a long black hair in my sandwich. While it was being made the guy took it out and still tried to serve me the sandwich!!!! Then charged me extra for something I get every other day there !!!! Will not return

Rude manager/owner who never takes ownership of mistakes made on food , insteads blames customer and will lie and say he will remake sandwich and instead put it in microwave. He doesn't even know how to make subways own "sandwich series" and they also don't take any subway coupons here. The other 2 locations in sulphur are way better.
