I went in here after a long day of work. Mind you I had to Uber.. I got there and I had to do an online order. Ok fine I offered my Uber driver a meal to wait for me.. did the online order and good still got the completely wrong sandwich.. and I’m not understanding how.. I spent 22$ on 2 footlongs . They couldn’t even help me use the mobile app they desperately wanted me to download. I called and called and called and even reached out to customer service and still nothing. Poor customer service! I called again maybe a hour later and got him on the phone. Good thing he remember me. But argued with him for 5 minutes.. offered to send pictures. He wanted me to get in a Uber again and come back to fix it.. I was so angry! I will never go there again. I’m very confused how you get turkey mixed up with roast beef!

This place was just disappointing. Subways should always have fresh vegetables not translucent ones. The service was sub par [three men working the line] . The store wasn't very clean. The restrooms were disgusting.

Stopped here at 0630pm on 11/16 to get a sandwich. Walked in and no one in the store. The employee yells at me from the back that he is coming. As he turns the corner he’s on the cell phone. He asks me what I’d like and I said foot long meatball on Italian herbs and cheese. Sorry boss I only have 2 meatballs boss. Ok, I’ll have whatever else it was, sorry boss were out of that too. So I asked what he did have and he said anything on the menu, to which I replied just not what I wanted. He told me that there’s a subway down the street. I left, that kid is a terrible example to be around the public. Little crackhead.
