My husband is a disabled veteran amputee. He had pre-ordered our subs and did not put his prosthetic leg on to go through the drive thru at the Subway on Cities Service Hwy. The subway employee saw him at the drove thru and turned to walk away. Finally after approximately 10 minutes sitting there, he drove around parked and had to hop on one leg into the store. It was empty and the employee waited until he had hopped all the way to the counter to help him. He said he was totally humiliated and in the years since he lost g His leg we have been many places, but we willNEVER eat there again. I encourage all veterans to join in the boycott of the restaurant.

Went 2 days ago added wrong condiment. When told he just simply tried to scrap it off. I told him that was unacceptable and he remade sandwhich. Went again today and again put wrong condiment on sandwhich. This time he tried to rip the sandwhich in half and put a new half loaf on to replace it. Again told him unacceptable. Due to lack of time to wait for a new sandwhich I asked for refund. I had used a CC but he was refunding in cash, problem was he didn't know how to count change. Was suppose to be refunded $15,83. After waiting I finally just said give me the 15 and keep the 83. So I got nothing, no food and it still cost me money. SMH.

Top notch Subway!! Very clean and respectful workers. They knew I had little money when I walked in since I met one employee at the Circle K. Let’s just say she worked with me and ended up blessing me!!! She a true hero and blessing herself!! TY girl!! Come visit me in H-Town anytime ?
