I ordered 2 soft potato tacos, they only put one in the bag. Then I ordered 3 nacho fries and they were all cold with only half the container with fries in them. I will never give this place my business ever again.
Same as a post 2 weeks back. Entire order was wet and soggy? All hardshells were floppy. Threw entire order in the trash where it belongs. Gross lobby with random food bits on every table and seat.

terrible taco bell. workers dont know what they are even doing. they overfilled ALL of my tacos to the point it was leaking through the paper and its not even a taco anymore. NEVER coming back to this place. theres a reason their reviews are 3.5…also may i note that this only happens at the ruth st taco bell. no other one. i dont know what these “workers” are doing but its obviously not a good job.

I'm not sure why but tonight this place was not good. We had to tell them 3 times about missing items. I finally got my food after my daughter and husband were done eating. When you go to a restaurant with someone or as a family you expect to be able to eat together not wait around and tell the workers about what's missing 3 times. We had been on the road all day traveling and stopped here thinking it'll be a quick dinner that's right next to the house. Boy was I wrong.. I had just got done driving 3 hours i was hungry and had to wait for the workers to even make the right food.. We will think twice before ordering Taco Bell again.

I apologize I didn’t get your name. Tattoo Man! You should work for the a hotel Industry. AMAZING EMPLOYEE and all the staff as well. Also the cleanest and organized. The food came out perfect and they went above and beyond even when the drive through was pact!! This is Nelson very happy I stopped in to order.

I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered and PAID through the app, but when I arrived, they refused to give me my food just because I wasn’t in a car. The lobby was closed, so how else was I supposed to get my order? They wouldn’t even offer a solution, meaning I paid for food I never received.
This is a ridiculous policy that punishes customers who don’t have a car. If Taco Bell won’t honor mobile orders for walk-ups, they should make that VERY clear before taking people’s money. Won’t be returning to this location.
Well the chic at the window older skinny lady with blond grey hair was so busy hanging out the window with different men it was hard to get service But it is always like that . I don't know what she does but . Everytime I come she is talking with the men My husband came over here and he said she was coming on real strong to him. He said she lingered his visit forgetting to put like napkins and silverware asking if he was married and eventually letting him go
