I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered and PAID through the app, but when I arrived, they refused to give me my food just because I wasn’t in a car. The lobby was closed, so how else was I supposed to get my order? They wouldn’t even offer a solution, meaning I paid for food I never received.
This is a ridiculous policy that punishes customers who don’t have a car. If Taco Bell won’t honor mobile orders for walk-ups, they should make that VERY clear before taking people’s money. Won’t be returning to this location.

Well the chic at the window older skinny lady with blond grey hair was so busy hanging out the window with different men it was hard to get service But it is always like that . I don't know what she does but . Everytime I come she is talking with the men My husband came over here and he said she was coming on real strong to him. He said she lingered his visit forgetting to put like napkins and silverware asking if he was married and eventually letting him go

Wet hard tacos. $24.75 for two hard taco supreme meals, the drinks were non carbonated and lacking syrup, we threw them away.
I thought the cup they are asking you to put your money in is kinda unsanitary I mean if I was trying to help the prevention of something spreading I wouldn't be asking the customer to take money out of a cup that countless others have reached their grubby hands in besides they themselves take it out and stuff it into a machine then they pull your change out and stuff it back into the cup which you and they and countless others with grubby hands have been into ??? been 3 years that I made that review don't know how to make a new one just noticed that they remember to ask you if you want to round up but not If you want sauce or napkins lol
