ok the sausage link honestly has some of the best sausage in the area. they are also a meat market with what I would consider to be a very fair meat pack. I've been doing some comparisons with other meat markets and will probably give them a go. the sausage link also has a couple rows of local products pickles goods, jams and jellies, seasonings and Cajun dish kits. I really enjoy stopping by the sausage link. they also make a mean breakfast. update*** the bacon wrapped boudin is awesome the last couple times I have been by the staff seemed disinterested and one time I tried to call my order in and they just hung up on me.

I called and ask if they served an item on their menu and the first lady who answered the phone sounded disinterested to talk and while answering questions she rudely acted like I was a bother to her work then after I asked a second question she told me she couldn't hear me and another lady got on the phone also with a loud and rude attitude with a condescending manner told me they don't use waitr... won't shop or eat here again

Great plate lunches of local cuisine. And they have delicious oyster and shrimp po-boys. And the burgers...the meat is fresh and seasoned to perfection, good enough to eat plain. One of my favorite!
