ok the sausage link honestly has some of the best sausage in the area. they are also a meat market with what I would consider to be a very fair meat pack. I've been doing some comparisons with other meat markets and will probably give them a go. the sausage link also has a couple rows of local products pickles goods, jams and jellies, seasonings and Cajun dish kits. We went to Sausage Link early in the morning to check out how the famous local favourite "Boudin" is being made. Boudin is a sausage that includes ingredients of rice, pork, cilantro, onions and other secret recipes.
Love their smoked sausage and boudin!! Good deals on meat and awesome cracklins and pork skins!! Will also let you add their seasoning mix to them if not enough. Had a different feel to it last time we were there. Not sure why but will not stop me from going!!
