This part of country is in an employment BOOM!!!! Very difficult to hire and retain competent employees when they can work on Oil and Chemical projects for twice the money!! this location seems to have a couple of very competent managers that can make things work while they train new staff and have to deal with inexperienced employees that other locations don't have to deal with!!
