Building was locked in the middle of the day. Not only that but when we went through the drive through they gave us the wrong burgers, left out our sauce packets we asked us and gave us small drinks when we ordered large. Avoid this place on a Wednesday, hopefully other shifts are better

We pulled up to the drive through and the voice greeted me, before I could give a reply the man agitatingly said “hello? Hello are you going to order?”… we waited a good minute in line after we ordered the takis meals. I ordered a caramel cold brew as my drink. When I received it, it was vanilla, and very very watered down. All the ice was practically melted. I was never offered or given a receipt either, so I don’t have my receipt. We waited about 10-20mins on our food, checked to make sure the food was there everything looks great. The dude just drops the food off in my hand and runs back to the door so I couldn’t ask for it to be remade so I just drank it, had to add caramel creamer when I get home. We get home and there’s no taki dust on our fries and our burgers are kinda soggy. I knew Wendy’s was a bad idea and proved me right, never going back to Ruth st.

This location is extremely understaffed. Waited in line to order inside for almost 20 minutes. Also there is apparently a fly problem in the building. That being said, the food was delicious. Well worth the wait.

Well order a combo meal with extras like bacon, lettuce tomatoes and man I was disappointed at first if your open this late should still serve the best you can it was a soggy fries, burger and nasty tomato lettuce… Called in no one answered, but called lunch time next day. That little shorter old school Cajun country women boy ole boy she just jumped on fixxxin me up my meal no problems so supper nice absolutely made my day honestly. Sometime shifts don’t get it right sometimes it’s late like 30 minutes before closing so I get it but then to rectify the situation you go through more then what it seems to ever even worth standing up for what’s just right…
