Cold food and the workers are liars. Ask for a refund got acused of throwing food, when advised that they can't take the food back. I didn't receive my $5.75.

Really letting the quality go. Soggy food cardboard fries. Still waited 15 minutes. Only two employees had poor attitudes. More than likely because they had no help.

We ordered lunch on the app for 4 adults and 3 children. Only 1 sandwich was considered good and we were missing 1 order of nuggets which took 10 minutes to be ready after we arrived. While the the attendants were friendly, the floor was extremely slippery, some product had left a residue on the tile. And there were no paper towels in the restroom

Whatever they wash the floors with is very slippery and makes them hazardous. At first I thought it was the damp outside, but every inch of the floors was slippery, like walking on ice. The workers were polite and helpful but they were out of nearly all soda options, left items out of our order, and two of the sandwiches were so dry they were nearly inedible. Definitely not the best Wendy's experience I've ever had.

The place inside was filthy there was a water pile on the floor no one cleaning it up nor a caution cone to let people know there was a water spill or nothing

I had a problem with employee not washing his hands after going to the bathroom. Stood in line for 10 min before any of the employees acknowledged me. Kentrell came from the back and ask what I wanted I said I had a problem with one of the employees not washing his hands and would like to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager and did I need anything else so I left.
