We were traveling on I-10 back home to Houston and decided to stop at the first Whataburger we found because it is one of our favorite places for a hamburger. The burgers were DELICIOUS. The French fries were fresh. And the service was efficient and accurate. We were very impressed!!

Usually going to a fast food restaurant you almost expect a diminished level of service. Not at this location in Sulphur. I had an issue and was reluctant to even say anything about it. Ms. Khris was kind patient and very understanding. I'm thankful to have her working there and I drive from the neighboring city because of the service that she gave me. Thank you to Ms.khris and the staff there.

The graveyard crew is trash. Everyone in there was just talking and cursing up a storm. Had to almost walk past the counter to even get someone's attention to come take my order. Plus, the same guys making orders with gloves on, are coming to the front to handle money with the same gloves on and taking out trash, and then going back to the make station to start back touching food?

Not I'm not surprised this store has a 3.6 rating. I ordered a double cheese burger meal, and then I was told I had to upgrade my drink because they had no medium cups. Someone must have lost their mind. She said she would call the manager for me. I insisted she just let the manager know that's why I left. It's ridiculous to try to force an upcharge.

One of the few Whataburgers where my burger and fries were actually hot inside the bag! Cashier got tongue tied and a little confused while ordering and out mustard instead of mayo but he said screw it and ate it anyway!

Went for free coffee day and they tried to make me pay. Not only was it supposed to be in store or on the app but the cashier told me it was on the app only. She then read the advertisement and asked me to go make an order on the app bc she wasnt gonna do it. I left and will not be returning.
