This is hands-down the best fast food establishment location I've visited. Cleaner than any other Whataburger location and they serve you at the table like you're in a full-fledged diner.

To wait 47 mins for the wrong order is crazy!!!! To spend $21 & not get what you ordered is INSANE!!!! Y'all are new to the area & something needs to be done about how y'all can not function properly & do right!!!! I've withheld multiple time on a review but this is my 3rd time with a mishap on y'all end.

I ordered the whatacatch box meal from here on Wednesday March 20, and waited 45 minutes to get my order. Once it finally came out, they gave me the sandwich meal instead of the box meal. After that, I went up to the counter and said" hey I ordered a box meal whatacatch and yall gave me the sandwich. " Instead of just saying " oh no problem we will remake it for you , the waitress looked and me and said, " well I asked you which one you wanted and you told me that you wanted the sandwich meal. I said no, I don't eat what is on the sandwich so I'm sure I got the box meal. She went on to say that was NOT what I said, and told me there was nothing she could do. To lie and say that I basically don't know what I'm ordering is pretty stupid. I'll conclude with if your waitress is Kristina, then be prepared for her to always be right.

These folks are overmatched from an operational perspective. Need better management to help create efficiencies in service during peak times. If you're on a time crunch, look elsewhere.

As I sit here typing this, I have waited almost an hour for a drink and med onion rings. Nobody is paying the lobby even the slightest bit of attention, there is no one working the register and I was directed to the kiosk to put in my order, I did, and now I wait for far too long. They don’t even have the excuse of being busy, there are only three cars currently in the drivethrough, I expect they have already made my food but left it to go cold, I guess I’ll find out.Update: I never received my food. I gave up after another 20 minutes waiting. One wonders why they bother keeping the lobby open if they’re not going to serve any customers. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

I could drive to the Wataburger in Orange and back in a quicker time than it takes to receive my food from here in the drive through line. 1:30AM, 3 cars in line, and it’s been 40 minutes. I could get faster service at a 5 star steakhouse ran by crackheads.

I've been here three times and all three times have been a disappointment.. first time they just screwed my order up royally second time I waited for an hour for two hamburgers and the third time the food was just kind of blah ? not likely I'll be back.

1:15 pm Sunday 18 Feb 2024. Ordered INSIDE. 20 min wait for food. Food finally showed up. Bacon Cheeseburger/Onion Rings. X2 Sandwiches were SQUASHED FLAT and COLD ! Even though we were warned to be careful because the OR,'s just came out of the fryer, they were cold, too! Mot as cold as sandwich, but still cold enough to not really want to put them in my mouth. ...YECHHH! Iced tea needed to be walked past the tea bag a little closer. So weak I could read thru it! One positive note. Place was clean. Pretty sure I won't be back. Really disappointed.

If I could I would leave not one damn star this place is the worst it's ridiculous having to wait an hour just to get to the damn ordering screen then to wait 20min just to order like what so dumb close this whataburger down or find better workers that actually works and not there for a paycheck I will never come back here ever again

This was my first time to the new Whataburger in Sulphur Louisiana. I was excited to go until I had to wait in the drive-through for over 25 minutes with only one car ahead of me I pulled up to the window and waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes for them to open the window to tell me that there was a delay on my food, they were all laughing inside and seem to not be worried about the customer when they came back to the window I told him please cancel my order I would go elsewhere I will not be back.
