Ordered on their website for delivery. Said 50 minutes wait time. After 50 minutes the door dash driver called me saying he was waiting on food and when he asked the store staff they said they did not get the order. After waiting for another 30 minutes apparently the staff ordered my washer to leave the store with no food. I called the store and spoke with the manager whom seemed very nice and was extremely helpful. She said the dasher was very rude and when she asked the washer for a copy of my order he refused to show it to them. After speaking with the manager a few more moments and I gave her my order number she quickly made my order and a different washer went and picked up my order. Ill be leaving a review for the washer also but there was definitely some errors on both sides if wing stop lost me order. In total I waited 2.5 hours from the time I ordered till the time I recieved it.

I made a ToGo order, not only was it ready quicker than the estimated time but the service was also incredible! The young girl at the front was very sweet and we even cracked jokes. My food tasted great.

NO RESTROOM. THERES NO DINE IN. FOOD WAS NOT COOKED. I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR RANCH CUPS THATS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MY MEALS. IF YOU COULD GO TO ANOTHER WINGSTOP IN LAKE CHARLES PLEASE DO!
