I ordered 4 piece mild chicken and a large side and a 3 piece white meat and 2 regular side and they gave 3 pieces of legs and had the sides wrong no side so I will watch my order now own and the bad part about it they charge me for everything that I didn’t get

On Sunday November 3, 2024 bought the $6 big box and the chicken was tasteless, like there was no seasoning at all on it. This was in Tallulah, Louisiana.

This place shouldn't be allowed to serve the public they are all so unprofessional and prejudice I will never darken their doorway again Popeyes lost my buissness and the food I got from there was smallest chicken wings that weren't cooked all the way ... So I advise you to look at your food before you pull away from drive thru

At 7:30pm they were out of mashed potatoes, out of macaroni and their is always a wait on medium chicken, they were rude. This is all the time if you have a restaurant ,you should have food especially during peak hours.

The reason why I give 3 stars is that the staff at the drivethru is just so unprofessional. They don’t greet you nor smile. We cannot understand what they are saying in the drivethru speaker so she told us to pull up closer. They looked mad, and pissed.
Popeyes food is good. But please work on with your staff’s customer service.

What a great experience! We are here on vacation dinning in, and Ms. Bri and the back line staff was awesome with their customer service. We’ll definitely stop here again on our way back through. Every time my husband and I come through Tallulah we make it a plan to stop for chicken at this Popeyes. We have had Popeyes from California to Florida, but this happens to be the best chicken to date; keep up the good work!! the seasoning is amazing
