I have been here serval times and NEVER had bad customer service. Just left and Mercy M was my server and she NEVER checked on me so see if the food was good or if I needed anything. When I was getting ready to pay, I told her that she had bad customer service skills because she never checked on me and she rolled her eyes at me. I asked her name and she looked at me and said nothing. I asked the other employee her name and she looked at Mercy and didn't say anything. I asked for the manager and was told she is gone. So I took a picture or the receipt and than her and she gone say don't take a picture of me you stupid bitxh. The cook started looking and I asked him where was the manager. I proceed to tell him what happened and how she called me a stupid bitxh and he apologized and gave me a card to call the manager. I got her name from the receipt, but I'm going back to talk to the manager in person tomorrow!!!!

I love Mexican food. By far my favorite. Spent most my life learning the food the culture even married Spanish. Ordered Flautas and when I got my food the server even said here's your taquitos. I said we did not order these that we ordered flautas. Thier response was well this is our flautas. Now I don't know if it is because I am white that they treated me this way like I did not know what flautas was or if this is actually thier flautas but we were definitely served taquitos. If this is the case don't have them both on the menu. Do not recommend based on how we were treated but the food was decent.

The most disgusting place ? the service is terrible, the cashier is a vomit of a person, poorly educated who should not work with the public, she should take a training course in customer service and there are cockroaches, I saw them ??? pigs

Nothing special about this restaurant. Tables were a bit dirty as were the chairs. Bathrooms, although not soiled, needs some TLC. The fries were good bit the sandwich I had was more bread than beef. Probably won't eat there again.
