Customer Service is horrible, very unfriendly, presentation of snowballs is very unappealing, the little boy at the window even slammed the window in my face after giving me my snowball,If they're going to service the public they all need to learn people skills. You can't run a business and be rude to the customers who is supporting your business. Will not be back. I will continue my drive from Algiers to Westwego (Bucks Snow Wiz)

Awesome prices! My wife got a jumbo size with 3 flavors for $3. They even allow you to sample the flavors before you buy. We will definitely return.

Terrible customer service ! They lady at the window got my order wrong and was mad at me for not wanting the wrong snowball that was made. I asked for a refund, and she stated I couldn’t have one because a video recording of me said I order what she made me . I asked to see the video recording, they would not show me . Every time I come here I have a problem with the service. These people are ridiculous ! They do not need to be in business.

I ordered snowballs and nachos. The snowballs were ok but not the best. The nachos with peppers didn't have much cheese and the cheese was cold.

I had to take a deep breath and walk away because the service I was presented with after waiting 15min in the hot sun was enough for me to know , I will not be back .

I’m not sure if they’re the best but I know they sure do take a really looooooonnng time to make the snowball. They were just taking their sweet time in the AC while we stood in the heat baking in the sun. Why so long y’all? Geesh!

I used to drive from Marrero all the way to get their Tiger blood snowball w\gummy worms! Now it's my go-to spot because I live closer to it! I'd STILL recommend it to everybody on both the West & East banks!
