Visiting from TX: I ordered my daughter a Caniac combo. Did notice until I arrive to her apt it was completely wrong, cause order was confirmed at both windows. I call location, left my info and return a day later to receive the full order replacement. They went above and beyond my expectations.Thank you for exceptional customer service. I don't eat meat but my adult children love Canes.
Fifty pieces of freshly cooked, hot chicken. 2 jugs of tea and plenty cane sauce ready in 15 minutes plus carry out to my car beats all I have experienced at any like establishment. The service was excellent and all done with smiling, cheerful employees greeting, thanking and urges to come back soon.
