Visiting from TX: I ordered my daughter a Caniac combo. Did notice until I arrive to her apt it was completely wrong, cause order was confirmed at both windows. I call location, left my info and return a day later to receive the full order replacement. They went above and beyond my expectations.Thank you for exceptional customer service. I don't eat meat but my adult children love Canes.

Fifty pieces of freshly cooked, hot chicken. 2 jugs of tea and plenty cane sauce ready in 15 minutes plus carry out to my car beats all I have experienced at any like establishment. The service was excellent and all done with smiling, cheerful employees greeting, thanking and urges to come back soon. I tried to tip them but they insisted that good customer service was an important part of their job. Canes Chicken Fingers on Behrman in Algiers is awesome and, of course, so is their chicken

I hate that I have to write this review about raising Canes, because I usually loves Canes. I can expect canes and Chick-fil-A to have my food nice and white. last night, December 7 at around 930 I went to the drive-through and ordered my food I waited about 30 minutes for my food to come out. I got home to eat my food. My french fries and tenders were half cooked. I was so very disappointed and will not be coming back to Canes ever again.
